• No Return and No Refund for on Sale items.

• Must provide clear video evidence of the damaged or defective product to expedite the resolution process.

3. Video Evidence for Returns:

• To assist in investigating damage or mishandling issues, customers are encouraged to record a video while opening the package.
• Additionally, customers must make a video while sending back the parcel to gnstore.pk.

4. Courier Charges for Returns:

• The company will bear the courier charges for eligible returns.

5. Return Process:

• Provide necessary details, including order number, product details, and reason for return.
• Await instructions on how to return the product and obtain a return authorization.

• No return or refund will be accepted without proper video evidence of the opening of the package and the return shipment.
