  • No Return and No Refund for on Sale items.

  • Must provide clear video evidence of the damaged or defective product to expedite the resolution process.
  1. Video Evidence for Returns:
  • To assist in investigating damage or mishandling issues, customers are encouraged to record a video while opening the package.
  • Additionally, customers must make a video while sending back the parcel to gnstore.pk.
  1. Courier Charges for Returns:
  • The company will bear the courier charges for eligible returns.
